The Project

A high-rise development set in a prime position in Glen Eden featuring 165 one and two-bedroom apartments.

This was the first project on which we worked with Barfoot & Thompson Projects. Since then, we have worked with Barfoot & Thompson Projects on several developments, including The Urbizen, The Ridge Mission Bay, Woodglen Ridge, The Green on Woodglen, Life Apartments, Maraetai Views, Seascape, Crest Apartments, 32 Shelly Beach Road, Albert Square, and Library 27.

To this date, we still continue to partner up with Barfoot & Thompson Projects.

The Challenge

We took over the digital campaigns from another marketing agency that failed to produce the expected results and outcomes for both the client and B&T projects.

Glasshouse Digital needed to deliver campaigns that delivered immediate and tangible results.

The Solution

We analysed and audited all of the previous work that was executed to date and put forward a completely new digital media strategy that was aligned with the client’s goals and objectives and most importantly would sell down the remaining stock.
Over the engagement period, we launched 76 campaigns and 81 ads as part of our continued efforts to optimise and deliver the best possible results for the client. Core to this was extensive A/B testing.

The digital campaigns delivered a total of 1,237 leads and accounted for 71% of all new leads via the website.

We delivered a cost-per-lead that was 84% lower than that of the previous marketing agency ($25 vs. $150).

All Gone

This was also our first key project working with Mansons TCLM, which led to us running the marketing for another key project of theirs: Life Apartments in the Auckland CBD.
