The Challenge

To build and execute a multi-channel digital marketing strategy that would cut through the noise and deliver the key outcomes for both the client and sales agents.

The Solution

  • We looked at the most efficient and effective digital media channels to position Element’s presence in the Auckland market.
  • Key campaigns were executed across Google and Meta, and extensive A/B testing was conducted on different campaign elements, including creative, copy, and audience targeting.
  • Google Ads was identified as a key channel, and several campaigns were executed targeting buyers searching for apartments for sale in Ellerslie and surrounding areas. Additionally, competitor campaigns were launched targeting similar or nearby projects.
