Orchard Lane and Cherry Lane were two stages of a prominent development project in Henderson. The project consisted of 72 multi-unit residential two and three-bedroom terraced housing. Both of these stages were marketed by Glasshouse Digital.
Since our involvement on Orchard & Cherry Lane, we have partnered with Aedifice Property Group on a number of other residential projects across New Zealand, including Kauri Residences, Riverside Residences, Waimana Rise, SELO, Scott Terraces, Woodglen Ridge, De La Mer, De La Plage, 8 Chivalry, and Camelot Terraces.
