Orchard/ Cherry Lane

Orchard Lane and Cherry Lane were two stages of a prominent development project positioned in Henderson. Offering a collection of 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses, this development featured 72 homes, 35 of which were listed on the open market as Cherry Lane, while the remainder were sold as part of KiwiBuild. Both of these stages were marketed by Glasshouse Digital and we have been a key partner with Aedifice Property Group for a number of years now.

SCOPE OF WORK:

To build, manage and execute Google, Facebook & Instagram Campaigns 

Orchard and Cherry Lane, completed homes in Henderson featuring 2 and 3-bedroom townhouses.

KEY OBJECTIVES:

  1. Increase brand awareness of the project 
  2. Drive lead generation

Cherry Lane - RESULTS (4th August 2020 - 20th October 2020):

  1. Over the course of three months, the digital campaigns generated 567 leads.
  2. We obtained an average cost per lead of $13.81 throughout the campaign duration. 
  3. The Facebook and Instagram campaigns reached 83,317 people within the set targeting parameters through which we generated 6,587 link clicks directly to the website. 
  4. Across Facebook/ Instagram, we built over 48 campaigns and 96 ads to ensure that we delivered the most optimised and effective ads into the market. A key component of this was testing different variables which included renders, copy, headlines and different target audiences.

Orchard Lane - RESULTS (8th December 2019 - 4th July 2020):

  1. Over the seven months these campaigns were running, the digital campaigns generated 1,801 leads.
  2. We obtained an average cost per lead of $14.03 throughout the campaign duration. 
  3. The Facebook and Instagram campaigns reached 199,552 people within the set targeting parameters. From this, we generated 25,962 link clicks directly to the website. 
  4. Across Facebook/ Instagram, we built over 32 campaigns and 69 ads as part of our continuous efforts to optimise these campaigns, create the most up-to-date messaging, refine the targeting and generate effective results.

These campaigns played an instrumental role in the overall success of this development, helping to generate brand awareness and high-quality leads. As well as this development, we have also worked alongside Aedifice Property Group on the following projects including Kauri Residences, Riverside Residences, Waimana Rise, Orchard Lane, SELO, Scott Terraces, Woodglen Ridge, La Residences De La Mer, La Residences De La Plage, 8 Chivalry and Camelot Terraces.
