La Residence de la Mer is a boutique seaside development (1-3 bedroom apartments) just a few minutes’ walk from Orewa Beach.
Located on a stunning piece of undeveloped land just north of the Town Centre and one block back from the beach, this attractive development defines modern coastal living.
The brief provided to Glasshouse Digital was simple – Drive high-quality traffic through to the website but more importantly generate qualified enquiries (phone calls + enquiry forms) from the digital campaigns. The client wanted us to achieve similar results that we generated for Residence De Plage (Client’s first development project with Glasshouse Digital) where the digital campaigns performed extraordinary well, accounting for over 80% of all enquiries. Residence de la Plage is now currently under construction.
The above creative is an example of one of the many ads that was executed for Residence de la Mer through Facebook. When we first launched the Facebook Campaigns for Residence de la Mer, we had over 33 ads in play, however during the A/B testing phase we identified the best performing variables and optimised the Facebook campaigns accordingly.
The campaigns executed by Glasshouse Digital were once again incredibly successful and produced outstanding results for the client.
"We engaged Glasshouse Digital to run the digital programs for De La Mer after their success with De La Plage and once again their work, reporting, results and overall management of our digital programs just goes to reinforce that they proved to be the right choice. They’are the top of their game, down to earth, friendly and genuine."
“I’ve had the pleasure of working with Shehan across multiple developments now (Incl Residence De La Mar, Residence De La Plage, Scott Point Estate, Scott Terraces) and have always found them to very proactive, results-driven, transparent with communications, provide in-depth reporting and always willing to go above and beyond for his clients. My number one go-to agency for any digital marketing campaigns encompassing both Facebook & Google."
