A high-quality residential development of 1, 2 and 3-bedroom apartments in the heart of Auckland CBD. Designed by Paul Brown & Architects and built by CMP Construction, these apartments offered stylish, low-maintenance inner-city living across a 17-level complex comprising 90 apartments. Within the campaigns we ran, we focused on the 2 and 3-bedroom homes and ran advertising over the course of 6 months.

SCOPE OF WORK:
To build, manage and execute Google, Facebook & Instagram Campaigns
KEY OBJECTIVES:
- Increase brand awareness of the project
- Drive lead generation
RESULTS (25th January - 31st July 2020):
- Over the course of six months, the digital campaigns accounted for 95.99% of all new users and 93.67% of all enquiries generated for the project.
- The Facebook and Instagram campaigns reached 187,040 unique people within the set targeting parameters. Through this, we generated 17,255 link clicks directly to the website. Through this, we generated 264 leads.
- Across Facebook/ Instagram, we built over 19 different campaigns to ensure that we delivered the most optimised and effective ads into the market. A key component of this was testing other variables, including renders, copy, headlines and target audiences.
- Across the Google campaigns, we generated 1,178 clicks back to the website. From these campaigns, we generated 28 conversions (enquiry form submissions).
The digital campaigns executed by Glasshouse Digital were a key driver in the successful sell-down of this project. Alongside Life Apartments, we have also marketed Westlight Apartments for Mansons TCLM.
