We have worked with Watchman Capital for just under 2 years. Initially, we collaborated with this development company mid-way through their first development – Wattle Park.
After the successful sell-down of this development, we continued to form a long term relationship with this client. Collaborating with them on three new projects – Mountview Green in Rotorua, Millbrook 44 in Auckland’s Henderson and The Neighbourhood at Ormiston in East Auckland (all of which are now under construction).

The neighbourhood at Ormiston is a new master-planned community in East Auckland’s Ormiston that brings together contemporary living, sustainable thinking and high-quality affordable homes.
Since being launched into the market in November 2020, 234 homes have been sold. The digital campaigns encompassing Facebook, Instagram and Google have played a pivotal role in the successful sell-down of this project.
Over the past 14 months (November 2020 – January 2022), we have launched over 60+ campaigns consisting of 300+ ads with the single objective of generating high-quality leads. To date, we have generated over 2,543 leads accounting for over 84% of all leads for the project.
We’re constantly launching new campaigns in response to the changing market, agent feedback and the different typologies being released into the market.
